Why am I being charged VAT?
The Value Added Tax, or VAT, in the European Union is a general, broadly based consumption tax assessed on the value added to goods and services. It applies more or less to all goods and services that are bought and sold for use or consumption in the Community. VAT applies to persons who reside, have a permanent address, or are established in the European Union.
What if I have a VAT number?
The order forms contain a field for your VAT number. If you are a business and VAT should not be added to your order, please include your VAT number here.
Note: This field requires the two letter country prefix as well as your individual VAT number.
